Jason Caballes

Jason Caballes, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People Partner and previously as a People Specialist at Code3 since September 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a People Coordinator for Retail at Casper, an HR Coordinator at abc restaurants (abc kitchen, abc cocina, abc V), and various positions in office assistance and food and beverage coordination. Jason's career features a strong focus on HR processes, candidate experience, and employee data management, as well as collaborative work with management on HR best practices. Jason holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, both from Stony Brook University.
