Lacey Nichols

Lacey Nichols serves as the People Programs Manager for Culture, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Learning & Development at Code3 since October 2021, where notable accomplishments include the creation and launch of the company's DEI&B strategy and the development of a comprehensive training program for approximately 250 employees. Prior to this role, Lacey held positions at We Can Code IT as both Student Success Program Manager and Student Success Coach, focusing on curriculum design and student career support. Lacey's career also includes experience as a Network Infrastructure Recruiter at TEKsystems, where responsibilities encompassed full life-cycle recruiting and building relationships with IT professionals, as well as roles in sales at Ryerson. Lacey holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy from The Ohio State University.
