Melissa Hoang

Melissa Hoang is a seasoned marketing and operations professional with significant experience in social media management and surgical coordination. Currently serving as the Paid Social Activation Manager at Code3 since December 2021, Melissa previously held the position of Paid Social Lead for Microsoft at iProspect from August 2019 to December 2021. Before that, Melissa worked as an Administrative/Surgery Coordinator at Michigan Medicine, where contributions included managing surgical planning for over 500 cases and earning a Making a Difference Award for exemplary departmental performance. Additional experience includes a role as Marketing Director and Managing Partner at A2 Beauty, where Melissa optimized operational effectiveness and led successful community engagement initiatives.
