Michelle Miller

Michelle Miller has extensive experience in people and culture roles. Michelle is currently the Chief People Officer at Code3, a position they assumed in April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the VP of People at Code3 from May 2022 to April 2023. Before joining Code3, Michelle worked at Madwell, where they held the position of Director of People & Culture Ops from November 2017 to May 2022. Michelle also briefly served as the Culture & Operations Manager at Madwell from January 2017 to November 2017. Michelle's earlier experiences include roles as a Community Engagement Manager at Brooks Community Consultants from April 2013 to March 2016 and as a Community Development Consultant at Merivale from February 2013 to November 2013. Michelle began their career as a Research Assistant at McNair Ingenuity Research from February 2010 to February 2013, where they conducted surveys, managed databases, and coordinated interviews.

Michelle Miller attended Santa Sabina College in Strathfield from 2000 to 2005, where they completed their High School education and obtained a Higher School Certificate. Michelle then went on to the University of Technology Sydney, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Communication degree with a focus on Social and Political Science. Michelle also took part in an in-country study program in 2009 at Universidad de Málaga, where they furthered their studies in Spanish. From 2007 to 2010, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International/Global Studies at the University of Technology Sydney.
