Lama Yazbeck

Lama Yazbeck is the founder and managing director of Kaizen Kompas Advisory, where they lead strategic direction and oversee consulting projects focused on compliance and systems strengthening. Previously, Lama served as Director at International Social Service, representing Lebanon and contributing to child protection initiatives. They held positions such as Executive Director at himaya, where they expanded the NGO's capacity significantly, and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Aflatoun International, fostering global advocacy for child social and financial education. Lama also has experience in education as a supervisor and lecturer at Saint Joseph University of Beirut, and continues to support initiatives aimed at empowering youth through technology as an advisory board member at CodeBrave. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education from Saint Joseph University of Beirut and a Master's in Business Administration from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
