Daria Karpyn

Daria Karpyn currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Codebridge Technology, Inc. since October 2020, following a role as Senior HR Manager. Prior to this, Daria held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at KPMG from July 2018 to September 2020, contributing to the KPMG Product Development Center's full-cycle development initiatives. Daria began the career in IT recruitment at BHP International from August 2015 to July 2018, and briefly worked as a Recruitment Specialist at GlobalLogic in 2016. Daria's expertise spans full life-cycle recruitment, candidate selection, and interview coordination. Daria earned a Master’s Degree in Economics from The National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, completing the program from 2012 to 2018.
