Andrey Shevchenko

Andrey Shevchenko is a Proposal and Business Development Manager with over a decade of experience supporting government and commercial technology initiatives. Since 2015, Andrey has led business development, proposal development, capture strategy, and IT modernization efforts for software and AI-driven projects across multiple sectors.

Prior to that, Andrey served as IT Manager at the Center for Pastoral Counseling of Virginia (2016–2014), where he oversaw IT infrastructure, scheduling, records management, and HIPAA compliance.

Andrey holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Modern University for the Humanities (2004–2009) and brings a unique combination of analytical, technical, and communication skills to every project.
