Muhammad Farooq has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Muhammad first worked as a System Engineer in the IT Department of the Government of Punjab from 2005 to 2007. Muhammad then joined the Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Limited as a System Analyst, where they played a vital role in automating the bank's operations and training staff on banking software. Muhammad received an appreciation certificate for their excellent performance during this time. In 2010, Muhammad joined as Assistant Vice President IT and eventually became AVP/MIS Manager. Muhammad was responsible for analyzing and improving the bank's processes, implementing banking applications, and leading ATM installation projects. In 2015, they started working as a Freelance Technical Recruiter, focusing on connecting organizations with top-tier technical talent. And currently, they are serving as the Head of Core Banking Application Project Management/Implementation at Codebase Technologies. In this role, they lead project management activities, gathers client requirements, and performs various testing tasks for core banking mobile and web applications. Muhammad has extensive experience in project management, recruitment, system analysis, and IT infrastructure development.

Muhammad Farooq has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), which they completed from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) degree in Computer Science from 2000 to 2004.
