Safa al Radhi

Safa Al Radhi is a professional with diverse experience in human resources and organizational culture. Currently serving as a TA & Culture Specialist at Codebase Technologies since September 2021, Safa has also held roles as a Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Associate within the same company. Prior to Codebase Technologies, Safa worked as a Research Officer at JR Talk Consultancy for a brief period and as a Human Resource Recruiter at Propel Consult, where recruitment services were provided to clients in the Middle East. Additional experience includes positions as a Human Resources Assistant at Solidarity Bahrain B.S.C. and Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization. Safa holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College of Business, with earlier studies at Ahlia University.
