Tom has held various leadership roles in different companies, including MENA Fintech Association, Codebase Technologies, Barbarian Fit, ila Bank, National Bank of Bahrain, FROM6, Bahrain Islamic Bank - BisB, Miracle Branding, and Unisono. Tom has successfully led rebranding projects, developed marketing plans, executed integrated marketing campaigns, and played a key role in the growth and success of multiple brands. Tom has experience working with international teams and has a proven track record of exceeding targets and achieving measurable impact.
Tom Romanski obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Management from Bournemouth University in 2007. In 2020, they attended the University of London to study Brand Management: Aligning Business, Brand, and Behaviour. In 2021, they participated in the Fintech Masterclass at CFTE - Centre for Finance, Technology, and Entrepreneurship. Additionally, Tom has obtained certifications in Insights for Innovation from IDEO U in 2019 and Google Digital Garage from Google in 2017.
