Okuns Patrick

Okuns Patrick is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in microservice architecture and full-stack development. At Skuad from February 2021 to 2023, Okuns led a team to revamp the Inventory microservice, resolving stock issues and improving auditing processes. Okuns developed a notification service integrating NodeJs, GraphQL, and various third-party APIs, and created a serverless service utilizing the serverless framework. Prior to Skuad, Okuns worked at JoyUp from January 2020 to January 2021, where the focus was on building backend microservices and frontend applications with React and Redux, while also integrating third-party APIs on GCP. At Projaro from January 2017 to December 2019, Okuns built a frontend application using Angular and developed the backend with Node, Express, and MongoDB, along with a mobile application using Dart and Flutter. The technology expertise includes NodeJs, Express, GraphQL, MongoDB, Postgres, Kafka, Typescript, Elastic Search, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, serverless architecture, and AWS.
