Costa Halicea is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership and technical consulting. Since February 2015, Costa has served as the Chief Executive Officer at Code Chemistry. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at Think2Solve, focusing on architecture and the development of a new digital publishing system, along with a tenure as Technical Lead at LifeWatch, where Costa managed technology consulting and solution architecture across multiple teams. Earlier roles include Team Lead at LifeWatch, where team management and problem-solving skills were honed, and as both System Architect and Software Developer at Z-SoftNet, contributing to the architectural design of a machine learning-based POS system. Costa holds a Master of Science in Computer Science with a specialization in Data Mining and Machine Learning, along with a Bachelor of Science in Information Science, both from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje.
