Szilveszter Erdős

Szilveszter Erdős is an experienced professional in educational methodology and technology, currently serving as a methodology coach and trainer at Codecool since November 2016, where innovations in educational systems are driven and training for staff is provided. Szilveszter also mentors adult students at Codecool, helping them transition into junior developer roles. With prior experience as a makerspace manager at the Hungarian Scout Association, Szilveszter led the development of educational programs and managed human resources. As co-owner and CTO of Delivery Creatives Kft., innovative web-based vehicle routing software was designed and developed, while project management skills were honed at Onlearn-tech Kft. and optimization projects were executed at Adversum Kft. Earlier roles included logistics system architect, marketing manager, and IT consultant. Szilveszter holds an MSc in Business Informatics from Corvinus University of Budapest and completed additional education at GROW Group.
