Daniel Jones

Daniel Jones is a seasoned professional in the field of software development and coding education. Currently serving as a Sr Code School Instructor at CodeCrew since October 2022, Daniel also founded and leads the dijital Academy, which offers coding education with a focus on web development and targets youth through after-school programs and summer camps. As a Solutions Architect at dijital Technologies, Daniel provides contract software development services using advanced technologies such as NodeJS and HTML5. Previous roles include Senior IT Software Development Specialist at Sedgwick, where Daniel developed and maintained software in a Windows environment, and various positions in the banking and education sectors, including work as an ET Developer at First Tennessee Bank and IT Database Advisor at Shelby County Schools. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Art from Tennessee State University, along with a Full Stack Web Development Certification from Free Code Camp.
