Adnan Silajdzic

Adnan Silajdzic is the CEO and Co-Founder of Well BP, a role they have held since 2022. They also serve as the Managing Director for Codecta in the USA, a position they began in 2018. Previously, Adnan worked as a Systems Engineer III Exchange/M365 Migration Lead at Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. from 2018 to 2023, and as a Systems Engineer III Exchange Tech-Lead at New Century Mortgage from 1999 to 2007. Adnan began their career at Microsoft, where they were a Sr. DSE Exchange/M365 specialist from 2007 to 2018.
