Joseph Johnson IV

Joseph Johnson IV is currently the Lead Software Engineer at Coded, a position they have held since February 2015. Prior to that, they were with Sears Holdings Corporation from May 2014 to February 2015, where they were a Backroom Associate. Joseph was also with Kmart from January 2014 to May 2014 as a Restaurant Associate & Floor Associate. In their current role, Joseph is responsible for leading the software development team and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Joseph also oversees the quality control of the software products developed by the team. In their previous roles, they assisted members looking to pick up large merchandise, helped loading merchandise into vehicles, collected items for in-store pick up orders, unloaded product from trucks before opening and sorting merchandise, maintained stock room, and monitored merchandise pick up area. Joseph also worked in the Little Caesar's restaurant within the store, taking orders, preparing food, and maintaining the kitchen. After the restaurant was closed, they worked as a Floor Associate, helping members and maintaining the products on display.

Joseph Johnson IV received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Joseph also has an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from St. Petersburg College. In addition, they have a certification from CompTIA in A+ Certification.

They are on a team with Edward Cha - Software Engineer, Lourdes Valdes - Chief Operations Officer, and Tevin Blue - Technology Trainer. Joseph Johnson IV reports to Ed Herrera, CEO.
