Lourdes Valdes

Lourdes Valdes is the Chief Operations Officer at Coded. Lourdes has over fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry.

Lourdes began their career in real estate as a salesperson at Park Square Homes in January 2006. Lourdes then transitioned to Exit Realty Select as a realtor in February 2008. In June 2010, they joined Fusilier Management Group as a realtor and property manager. Lourdes remained with the company until January 2014.

Lourdes joined Coded in February 2014 and has been instrumental in the company's growth and success. Under their leadership, Coded has become one of the leading real estate technology firms in the United States.

Lourdes Valdes reports to Ed Herrera, CEO. They work with Joseph Johnson IV - Lead Software Architect, Edward Cha - Software Engineer, and Javier Vazquez - Product Manager.
