David Wilhelm is the Senior Director of Development at Embarcadero Technologies, where they have been since 2014. With over 17 years of experience in software engineering, they have specialized in developing high-quality software development tools and have contributed to more than 25 major product releases. David architected and maintained a large, extensible Integrated Development Environment, utilizing Delphi, C++, and C#.
