David Gaspin is an experienced People & Culture leader and ICF Certified Executive Coach, currently serving as the Director, Head of Human Resources at CodeGreen and as a Founding Member of the Experts Council at Hacking HR. Previously, they held leadership roles at companies such as Delos® and Condé Nast, where they focused on building and scaling HR programs that empower organizations and individuals. David earned a BMus in Music Theatre from the University of Hartford and an MBA in HR Management from Baruch College. They are dedicated to creating environments that foster well-being and growth across various sectors.
