Raghida Nweiran

Curriculum Developer

Raghida Nweiran is an experienced curriculum developer currently working at CodeHS since July 2024. Previously, Raghida served as an Early Career Fellow at Math for America from November 2019 to June 2023, enhancing classroom methods and curriculum development in professional learning teams. Raghida taught computer science at KIPP NYC from July 2017 to June 2023, achieving significant student proficiency and overseeing the implementation of a school-wide social-emotional curriculum. Raghida's experience also includes roles as a Professional Learning Specialist at the American Museum of Natural History and as a Research Fellow at NASA/IPAC, contributing to impactful educational workshops and collaborative research. Raghida holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from the Richard Gilder Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Earth and Environmental Sciences from Lehigh University, in addition to a Software Engineering Certificate from Thinkful.
