Alan Teare

Alan Teare is a mechanical engineer with a Bachelor's degree from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile and multiple advanced degrees, including a Master in Project Management and Investment Appraisal from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. Currently serving as a Senior Director for Commissioning at CODELCO, Alan has over 13 years of experience in project management, risk analysis, and engineering, particularly in the mining and energy sectors. Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), Alan has actively participated in numerous projects from their inception to execution, and has been involved in teaching project management principles at the university level since 2021. With a strong focus on analytical problem-solving, Alan excels in managing complex projects while emphasizing safety and communication.
