Alejandro Palma

Alejandro Palma currently serves as Jefe Senior de Control de Proyectos at CODELCO, starting in October 2021 and contributing to the management team for the BOOT of the Suministro de Agua Desalada Distrito Norte Project. Prior to this role, Alejandro worked at BHP as Jefe de Planificación y Programación within the Cartera de Proyectos Teniente from August 2017 to October 2021. Alejandro's extensive experience includes positions as a Scheduling and Control Engineer at Bechtel Mining & Metals, Lead Planner at Sinclair Knight Merz, and Control Project Engineer at SNC-Lavalin, among others. Alejandro's career in project management and scheduling began in 2004, following a background in Civil Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Las Américas and Construction Management from Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana.
