Amalia Failla is currently the Jefa de Proyectos Cultura, Liderazgo y Gestión del Cambio at CODELCO – Corporación Nacional del Cobre de Chile, a position held since 2021. With extensive experience in Organizational Development and Change Management, they have previously served as Gestor de Cultura at CMPC, Líder de Proyecto Gestión del Cambio at Entel, and Agente de Cambio Cultural at SQM.
