Ann Chang

Ann Chang has extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, holding key roles at various organizations. Ann served as Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Grupo Ecaval from October 2019 to February 2021 and progressed to Jefa de Relaciones Laborales at Codelco, where Ann later became Directora de Recursos Humanos en la Vicepresidencia. Prior to this, Ann worked as Jefa de Relaciones Laborales at Holding Castaño and held the position of Jefa Unidad Jurídica at Dirección del Trabajo until June 2019. Ann's career also includes a role as Directora de Relaciones Laborales at Fresenius Medical Care before joining BHP in March 2023 as Principal Employee Relations, with an expected tenure through July 2025.
