Cinthya Rodriguez

Cinthya Rodriguez has extensive experience in operations management and education. Currently serving as Jefe de operaciones at CODELCO – Corporación Nacional del Cobre de Chile since April 2008, Cinthya is responsible for management control, internal control, contract information management, team coordination, contract negotiation, and the research and development of new technologies and supplies, with oversight of costs and internal control for the Services Management since August 2019. Cinthya also contributes to academia as a docente at Universidad de Talca, teaching the "Gestión de Calidad" workshop for both undergraduate and postgraduate alumni since June 2019 and for students in specific programs in July 2017. Previous teaching experience includes a role at Instituto Profesional AIEP from May 2010 to January 2013. Cinthya holds an MBA in Management Quality from Universidad Diego Portales and a degree in Commercial Engineering with a focus on Informatics from Universidad de Talca.
