Constanza Tagle Selman

Constanza Tagle Selman is an experienced recruitment and selection specialist currently serving as an Especialista Reclutamiento y Selección at CODELCO since April 2022. Prior to this role, Constanza held various positions at ACHS, including Senior Recruitment and Selection Analyst, where responsibilities included overseeing the selection process for corporate and strategic positions, and Talent Attraction Analyst, managing recruitment for a network of agencies across Chile. Early career experiences include roles in recruitment and selection at Empresas SB and AConsulting, as well as practical training in psychological assistance at Centro de Atención Clínica Psicológica y Psiquiátrica UNAB. Constanza holds a Diplomado en Liderazgo y Gestión de Personas from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and a degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidad Andres Bello.
