Duran Pablo

Duran Pablo is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in metallurgy and mining operations. Currently serving as the Senior Engineering Director for the Concentrator Project at CODELCO since August 2015, Duran previously held roles as the Senior Engineering & Process Leader in the Projects Vicepresidency at CODELCO and as Metallurgy Superintendent at SCM Minera Lumina Copper- Caserones. Between March 2011 and May 2014, Duran managed San Cristobal Mine as Plant Manager, overseeing one of the largest zinc, lead, and silver deposits globally. Duran's earlier experience includes serving as Gerente de Negocios Estrategicos Metalurgia at ALS and as a Chemical Engineer at Codelco. Duran holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad de Santiago de Chile and additional education from INCAE.
