Felipe Sierpe

Felipe Sierpe is a Civil Mining Engineer with diverse experience in the mining sector. They previously worked as an Ingeniero Oficina Técnica at Geo-Operaciones Ltda from 2019 to 2021 and at LG MIN SPA from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Felipe is an Ingeniero de producción at CODELCO – Corporación Nacional del Cobre de Chile, managing work teams and mining equipment through 2025. They also served as an Ayudante at Universidad de Santiago de Chile and completed a Diplomado in Control y Gestión de Procesos at Clase Ejecutiva UC in 2023. Felipe's early career included a professional internship at ANAGEA SPA, focusing on environmental compliance for mining projects.
