Francisca Collao

Francisca Collao is an expert in operational excellence at CODELCO - Corporación Nacional del Cobre de Chile, where they have held several positions focused on continuous process improvement and Lean methodology. They have implemented and controlled management systems while actively contributing as a change agent in the Maintenance Management sector. Prior to their current role, Francisca was involved in project services and contract administration, and gained practical experience as an intern at Anglo American.
