Gladys Lorca

Gladys Lorca is the current Directora de Recursos Hidricos at CODELCO, where they oversee hydrogeology in the northern district of Chile and engage in medium- and long-term water resource planning. Prior to this role, Gladys held various positions in geology, including quality control and database management at TVX Hellas and TVX Ecuador, and production geology at Cia Min Disputada de Las Condes and Cia Min El Indio. Gladys earned a degree in Geology from Universidad de Chile, where they studied from 1981 to 1986.
