Ina Verónica Castro currently serves as the Vice President of Sustainability Projects at CODELCO – Corporación Nacional del Cobre de Chile since 2018. They have also worked as a Senior Sustainability Manager and as an environmental consultant since 2016. Previously, Ina held the position of Senior Environmental Engineer at BHP Billiton from 2011 to 2015 and worked as a Senior Professional in Integrated Management Systems before that. Ina began their career as a Control Management Engineer at Finning South America from 2004 to 2007. They are pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geography at the Universidad de Santiago de Chile.
