Karina Salinas is a Líder de Mejora Continua at CODELCO – Corporación Nacional del Cobre de Chile, a role they have held since 2023. Previously, they worked at Antofagasta Minerals as a Supervisor Servicios Cátodos and at BHP in various technical roles from 2019 to 2022. Karina pursued higher education by earning a Magister en Procesos Minerales from the Universidad de Antofagasta and is currently completing a degree in Ingeniería Civil Industrial at the same university. They also participated in a Diplomado de Uso de Datos para la Toma de Decisiones at eClass and are set to become a Shingo Alumni at the Shingo Institute in 2025.
