Luis Escobar Cubelli has been with CODELCO – Corporación Nacional del Cobre de Chile since 1996, initially serving as operador grua puente from June 1996 to January 2010 and currently holding the position of Encargado Renovacion en Refineria Electrolitica de Cobre since March 2011. Luis obtained a degree in Técnico en administración en recursos humanos from Duoc UC between 2007 and 2009.
