Maury Rosales

Maury Rosales is an experienced recruitment and selection specialist with a strong background in human resources. Currently serving at CODELCO – Corporación Nacional del Cobre de Chile since January 2021, Maury has previously held similar roles at Banco Santander Chile, Empresas Polar, Y&V, Technip, and PepsiCo. Key responsibilities have included conducting individual interviews to assess employee interests and needs, executing candidate identification and selection processes, and maintaining candidate databases aligned with client expectations.
