Nicolas Espinosa

Nicolas Espinosa is a licensed architect and BIM manager with expertise in Lidar technology and over a decade of experience in architecture and engineering for infrastructure, mining, and energy projects. They have successfully led and participated in multidisciplinary teams, managing over 70 projects utilizing 3D laser scanning and BIM modeling. Currently a BIM Coordinator for CODELCO, Nicolas has also served as a project architect and technology executive, focusing on the implementation of BIM methodologies in the public sector. Educated at Universidad Mayor, they furthered their studies with diplomas in digital project coordination and architecture in BIM. Nicolas is recognized for their strong leadership, commitment to quality, and proactive approach to innovation in technology.
