Ornella Viola, also known as Ella, currently serves as the Jefa de Proyecto Diversidad e Inclusión at CODELCO and a docente in the Posgrado Facultad de Derecho at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, teaching courses on diversity and inclusion as well as international migration.
