Rafael Cuello Álvarez is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at CODELCO División Ministro Hales, a position they held since 2018 after previously working as a Geotechnical Manager. They began their career as a Geotechnical Modeling and Design Engineer at SIGA Ingenieria in 2011. Rafael obtained a Civil Engineering degree from Universidad Católica del Norte in 2011 and completed a postgraduate diploma in Applied Geomechanics for Mining Design at Universidad de Chile in 2017.
