Rodrigo Henríquez is currently the Director of Excelencia Organizacional at CODELCO – Corporación Nacional del Cobre de Chile, with a focus on strategic planning and organizational excellence. With 11 years of experience in strategic planning, productivity, and human resources across various sectors, they have led projects aimed at optimizing processes and enhancing workforce management. Rodrigo has held multiple key positions at CODELCO, including Director de Estrategia and Director Corporativo Centro Reclutamiento y Selección, where they implemented strategies and managed corporate recruitment operations. They earned a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María and have also contributed as a research assistant at prestigious institutions such as The University of Edinburgh.
