Roxana Pinto Sandoval currently serves as the Leader of Technology Component Integration at CODELCO since February 2022. Prior to this role, Roxana held multiple positions at Dirección del Trabajo from April 2016 to February 2022, including Head of Department of Technologies and Head of IT Projects, leading modernization projects and responsible for the development of the "Mi DT" platform. Earlier experience includes work as a Process Engineer focusing on critical processes and modernization projects funded by the Inter-American Development Bank, as well as project engineering support at Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María. Roxana holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Chile, a Diplomado in Mining Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and an Industrial Civil Engineering degree from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María. Additionally, Roxana participated in an international exchange program at Université de Technologie de Troyes in 2014.
