Tamara Agnic is a Commercial Engineer from the Universidad de Santiago de Chile, holds an MBA from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and has a diploma in Generic Management Competences from the Universidad del Desarrollo. They possess extensive experience in compliance and anti-corruption consulting, as well as financial analysis and strategic management, having served in significant roles such as Superintendent of Pensions and Director of the Financial Analysis Unit in Chile. Currently, Tamara is a partner and president of ETICOLABORA, Director of Empresas, and co-founder of Women in Compliance Chile, among others. They are also the Academic Director of a Compliance diploma at FAE UDP and an active member of several international organizations.
