Idan Hail

Idan Hail is the Head of Product at Codelovers, a boutique software company that specializes in developing cutting-edge mobile apps and web systems. Idan is also the Founder and CEO of Insight Sparks, a NGO that focuses on developing an innovative gaming platform to reduce stereotypes and improve social resilience. Idan has experience as an Entrepreneurship & Leadership Mentor at OpenValley Israel, and as a Product Manager at McKesson Health IT. Additionally, Idan has experience as a Functional Analyst and Content Developer, working with colleagues and customers in Israel and abroad. As a Co-Founder and Executive board member of Bekivun Haruch, a non-profit social project, Idan aims to break the stigma on psychiatrically disabled people by creating inclusive spaces for all.
