Sasa J. began their work experience in 2011 as a Junior Sales Manager at Kontakt Tours d.o.o. In 2012, they became the General Manager at Enzon d.o.o. They then worked as an Intern at IMS Consulting Group from August 2013 to January 2014. From June 2014 to August 2015, Sasa served as an Analyst at IMS Consulting Group. In September 2015, they joined IQVIA as an Associate Consultant (project manager) until May 2017. From May 2017 to February 2019, Sasa worked as the Head of Business Development at Marti Farm Ltd. In June 2020, they founded Codemap Agency, followed by founding Codemap.io in July 2020. Currently, Sasa is serving as a Fellow at On Deck starting from January 2021.

Sasa J. completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Finance from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Zagreb, Croatia, from 2006 to 2010. They then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Commerce from the same institution, which they completed from 2010 to 2011. Later, from 2012 to 2013, Sasa attended SDA Bocconi and completed a Master of International Healthcare Management, Economics and Policy (MIHMEP) with a specialization in Pharmaceutical and Medical Technology.
