Jose Amador has worked in the tech industry for over 6 years. In 2021, they began working as the Head of Business Development for CodeMonk.AI, a platform that allows companies to hire entire development teams in a matter of days. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Development Manager at Resolve Digital in 2020. In 2019, they were the Recruitment Manager and Business Development Manager at Blue Coding LLC, where they oversaw all aspects of the recruitment process and managed a team of 3 recruiters. Before that, they worked at Tekton Labs from 2015 to 2019, first as a Tech Solutions Specialist and then as a Senior Software Developer.

Jose Amador studied Computer Software Engineering at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú from 2011 to 2017, earning an Ingenieria Informatica degree.
