Kwame T.

Kwame T. has an extensive work experience in software engineering and development. Kwame started their career in 2015 as a Senior Software Engineer at Trayton Technologies, where they refactored SQL queries for performance optimization. Kwame was then promoted to Software Development Manager, leading a team of 4 to ship multiple applications within two years. In 2019, Kwame T. moved to Waya, where they set up a gateway between the client applications and the core engine, implemented a caching mechanism, and implemented facial and personal identification modules. In 2021, Kwame T. joined Nantoo Technologies as their Chief Technology Officer, spearheading development of the Nantoo mobile applications, collaborating with the backend team in implementing AES based end-to-end encryption, and developing Nantoo's strategy in the use of technological components/resources. Currently, Kwame T. is a Senior Software Engineer at CodeMonk.

Kwame T. earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Education, Winneba between 2006 and 2010. Kwame then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology at the Kwame Nkrumah'\u200b University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, which they completed in 2018.
