Chiara Russo

Chiara Russo began their career in 2005 as a Consultant for GPA. In 2009, they took on the role of javaday organization for JavaDay. In 2011, they became an Account Manager for Staer Sistemi. In 2013, they founded Codemotion with Mara Marzocchi and served as CEO and Co-founder. At Codemotion, they created a community where developers have opportunities to learn, network, and share knowledge among the hottest tech topics. Today, Codemotion is the leading platform that supports developers in their professional growth and helps companies engage them to boost their technology adoption, hire talents, and for open-innovation purposes. Additionally, Codemotion supports companies to become the workplace of choice for IT professionals through employer branding projects.

Chiara Russo began their educational journey in 1999, when they enrolled at Università degli studi Roma TRE and obtained a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering in 2002. In 2003, they attended Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) and then returned to Università degli studi Roma TRE to complete a Master in Computer Engineering in 2005.
