Rhammia Immanuel

Rhammia Immanuel has been an advisor at Codenatives since July 2019. Prior to that, they were a senior program manager at Boeing from November 2017 to July 2019. In that role, they were responsible for establishing the Enterprise PMO office to support an effective project selection framework with financial and non-financial metrics, program execution governance, and a robust benefits realization model to achieve company strategic goals and growth targets.

During their time at Boeing, Rhammia led a number of notable projects, including a major analytics transformation effort using the SAP HANA and BW/4HANA platform to enable real-time operational analytics; the SAP Archiving project across ECC, GTS, EWM, and CRM systems to reduce DB footprint and improve system performance; and an enterprise project to build a warehouse simulation model using Hadoop architecture with Machine Learning algorithms and Simio simulation software to drive efficiencies in logistics processes. Rhammia also led a team working on an aircraft parts intelligence system, building relationships in a graph database using machine learning, data ingestion, and crowd sourcing techniques to build and derive relationships and intelligence on services offering around aircraft maintenance for sales teams.
