Marcin Kamiński

Marcin Kamiński has been working in the banking industry since 2005. In 2019, they began working at Santander Bank Polska as a Product Owner of Credit Decisions - Current Process, where they were an expert Credit Process Designer with a role of Agile Product Owner. Marcin'skey projects included harmonisation of credit capability/worthiness across channels, machine learning implementation, and quick delivery of regulatory requirements and market adjustments. Marcin also served as Product Owner of Admission - Digital Channels. Prior to this, they worked at Santander Bank Polska (BZ WBK) in various roles, including Data Science Manager, Data Management Office, Business Intelligence Area; Senior Expert, Risk Management Information; IT Expert for System Analysis, Team Leader; Scoring Team Leader; and Senior Specialist. In 2022, they will be joining Codenotary as a Product Owner.

Marcin Kamiński's education history includes a Secondary School Certificate from Liceum im. M. Skłodowskiej-Curie w Pile from 1992 to 1996, a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from Poznan University of Economics And Business from 1996 to 2001, a Ph. D. student in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Poznan University of Economics And Business from 2001 to 2005, and Postgraduate studies in Data warehouses and data analysis for business applications from Poznan University of Technology from 2016 to 2017. Marcin also completed Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from WSB Poznań /Aalto University Executive Education from 2011 to 2013, as well as non-graduate studies at University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2003. In addition, Marcin Kamiński holds certifications in ISTQB Advanced Test Leader from gasq in 2015, ISTQB Foundation from gasq in 2015, Prince2 Foundation from APMG-International in 2012, and IBAQB Business Analyst Foundation Level from gasq in 2012.
