Dania Roach

Dania Roach is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in educational initiatives and community engagement within STEM fields. Currently serving as the Manager of Alumni & Volunteer Engagement at CodePath since January 2023, Dania contributes to diversifying the tech workforce by supporting nearly 20,000 students and alumni. Previously, Dania coordinated K-12 initiatives at the National Society of Black Engineers from April 2020 to January 2023, enhancing support for collegiate and pre-collegiate engineering students. Earlier experience includes roles as Education Manager at KID Museum, Project Partnerships Director at STEMconnector, and Math and Science Teacher at Abaarso School of Science & Technology. Dania began a career in the nonprofit sector as a Research & Communications Intern at Safe Blood For Africa Corporation. Dania holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from The George Washington University.
