Carlos González Vila

Carlos González Vila has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and technology. Carlos started their career as a Becario at the Universidad de La Laguna from 2008 to 2011. Carlos then worked as an Administrative Systems HPC Administrator at Instituto Tecnológico y de Energías Renovables ITER S.A. from 2013 to 2017, after initially joining as a Becario in 2012.

In 2017, Carlos joined System73® - Powering Profitable Streaming as a Test Engineer, later transitioning to the role of DevOps Engineer and then becoming a DevOps Engineer, Team Lead, and Project Manager. Carlos worked there until December 2020.

From December 2020 to September 2021, Carlos worked at XalDigital as a DevOps Engineer and Project Manager.

Currently, they are employed at Codeplay Software as a Delivery Engineer, starting in October 2021.

Carlos González Vila pursued their education in computer-related fields. Carlos began their studies in 2002 at the Universidad de La Laguna, where they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering. Carlos completed this program in 2006. Carlos then continued their education at the same institution and obtained a degree in Computer Science from 2006 to 2009. Carlos further expanded their knowledge in the field by completing a program in Computer Software Engineering, specifically in the area of Software Engineering, at the Universidad de La Laguna from 2010 to 2011.
