Duncan McCreadie

Duncan McCreadie has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Duncan currently serves as the Finance Director at Codeplay Software Ltd, a position they have held since August 2018. Prior to this role, they worked as the Interim Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Alexander Dennis Limited from March 2018 to August 2018.

Before joining Alexander Dennis Limited, Duncan held the position of Interim Group Financial Controller at Stevenswood Trade Centres Ltd. Before their time at MacFarlan Smith, they worked as a Project Finance Manager at Lloyds Banking Group from October 2009 to October 2011.

Between 2006 and 2009, Duncan was a Senior Manager of Finance at Aptuit, where they served as a finance business partner for Scientific Operations. In this role, they focused on revenue growth, cost reduction, Lean Six Sigma, and contributed to the commercial and strategic direction of business units.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Management Accountant at Ian Macleod Distillers from January 2005 to June 2006, and at VTS Royalite from June 1998 to January 2005. At VTS Royalite, Duncan had day-to-day control of the finance function, created the annual budget, and provided support for the ERP system at the Newbrige site.
